Sleep is not a luxury — it's a skill your child can learn
The biggest misconception parents have is that it's "normal" to never sleep again once you become a parent. But sleep is a biological and essential human right — and falling asleep is simply learned behaviour, a habit and a skill your child can easily learn from the beginning.
Teaching your child to sleep is a gift — one they will carry with them into adulthood.

Well-rested families, in their own words
This little one is from Australia and here was her journey with sleep training : At 13 months my little one's naps and bedtime took so much of my time. I basically did everything I could to get her to sleep including multiple feeds, dummy fetches, holding and co-sleeping. Unfortunately she would still wake every 2-3 hours during the night and had only short 30-45 min naps in the day. Even though my husband wanted to help, she always wanted me. We were all exhausted! After our initial consultation with Marijke we were hopeful that things would change. It was really easy to talk to her and she guided and supported us through every step. Her encouragement and daily support helped us to follow t
Parents with a little one from Australia One of the best decisions we as parents took was to contact Marijke and to go onto her program. Shane woke around 8-10 times a night, feeding at night. Sometimes every hour and half I had to rock him to sleep again… Daily he only took 30min naps, it was difficult! I realized I needed help! The process was easier and went better than expected, and with a lot of support, consistency and determination we are here today! We made it! Marijke's support, advice, knowledge and understanding from a moms perspective was very helpful. Finally we get time for ourselves now and Shane is such a happier baby that is well rested!
Parents of Baby Shane After a year with very little sleep, we finally had the guts to contact a sleep consultant. We were very sceptical about sleep training, and with our 2 little non-sleepers we were convinced it's not going to work for them. But out of desperation and last resort we contacted Marijke. And suddenly our twins started sleeping through the night on night 2! 2 weeks later and they are still sleeping through the night and in the same room! So thankful for all the advice and support! It completely changed our lives! Thank you Marijke
